ll HC Threads items are made to order using the Print-on-Demand (POD) model. This means your item is created specifically for you as soon as you place an order, which minimizes waste. Our production is handled by our partner, Printful.

Shipping Time: This is the time the carrier takes to deliver it (typically 3–5 business days for US orders).
Total estimated time is generally 5–12 business days, but times may increase during peak seasons like Black Friday.

Please stop and take a photo immediately. Email us at chris@hanleycreative.com within 7 days with your order number and clear photos of the defect. We will process a free replacement order for you right away.
