ll HC Threads items are made to order using the Print-on-Demand (POD) model. This means your item is created specifically for you as soon as you place an order, which minimizes waste. Our production is handled by our partner, Printful.

We include a detailed sizing chart (with measurements in inches and centimeters) on every product page. Please consult these charts before ordering, as we do not offer returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size.

Shipping time has two parts: 1. Fulfillment/Production Time: This is the time it takes to print, cut, and pack your custom item (typically 2–7 business days). 2. Shipping Time: This is the time the carrier takes to deliver it (typically 3–5 business days for US orders). • Total estimated time is generally 5–12 business days, but times may increase during peak seasons like Black Friday.

We accept returns or exchanges only for items that are damaged, defective, or misprinted due to a manufacturing error within 30 days of delivery.

No. Since every item is custom-printed just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing mistakes. Please check the sizing chart carefully before ordering.

Please stop and take a photo immediately. Email us at chris@hanleycreative.com within 7 days with your order number and clear photos of the defect. We will process a free replacement order for you right away.
