By accessing or using the HcThreads Co. website www.hcthreadsco.com or purchasing any products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") and all applicable laws. If you do not agree to these T&Cs, you must not use the Site.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

 

3. Products and Services

 

  • All products are made to order through a Print-on-Demand (POD) process. Due to this process, we cannot guarantee identical coloring or placement on every item.

  • We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products that appear at the store as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

  • The risk of loss and title for all items purchased by you passes to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

     

 

4. Billing and Account Information

 

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

  • You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

 

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content on this Site, including product designs, text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of HcThreads Co. and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure,
