HC Threads Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase from HcThreads!
If you are not satisfied, please review our policy below.
Return Window:
We accept returns or exchanges for misprinted, damaged, or defective items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please Note: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Item Condition: All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, hats, and clearance/sale items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns.
1. Manufacturer Issues (Free Exchange/Refund) Since our products are made to order, we cover any errors made during the fulfillment process.
Please contact us immediately if your item falls into any of the categories below:
*Defective/Damaged: The product arrives ripped, stained, or broken.
*Misprinted: The graphic/design is visibly flawed, peeling, or incorrect.
*Wrong Item: The wrong size, color, or item was sent to you.
Action: If you receive a product with a manufacturer issue, please email us at chris@hanleycreative.com within 7 days of delivery.
You must include your Order Number and a clear photo of the defect/damage. We will cover the cost of reprinting and shipping a replacement or issuing a full refund.
2. Buyer’s Remorse / Sizing Issues (Limited Options) We generally do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse or sizing exchanges.
*Sizing: We provide detailed sizing charts on every product page. If you ordered the wrong size, we cannot offer an exchange or refund since the item was custom-made for you.
*Recommendation: If you made a sizing mistake, we encourage you to gift the item to a friend or family member.
3. How to Start a Return or Exchange

To start a return or report an issue, please follow these steps:
1. Email: Send an email to chris@hanleycreative.com.
2. Subject Line: Use the subject line: Return/Exchange Request - Order # [Your Order Number].
3. Include: Clearly state the reason for the return (e.g., "Received damaged shirt," "Wrong size/color due to fulfillment error" and attach the required photos if the item is damaged or misprinted. We will review your request and get back to you within 2-3 business days with the next steps.
