SHIPPING POLICY

1. Processing and Fulfillment Time

All products sold by HcThreads Co. are made-to-order using a Print-on-Demand (POD) model. This means that once your order is placed, we begin the production process specifically for you.

Processing/Fulfillment Time: The time it takes to create your custom item (printing, cutting, and packaging) typically takes 2–7 business days. This is separate from the shipping time.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates (Domestic)

Once your item is fulfilled, shipping time begins. Common Carriers, e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS].

Shipping Details:

Orders $50 and Over: You receive FREE Standard Shipping.
- Estimated Delivery Time (After Fulfillment): 3 – 5 Business Days
Orders Under $50: The shipping rate is Calculated at Checkout based on the weight of your items and your location.
- Estimated Delivery Time (After Fulfillment): 3 – 5 Business Days

Total Estimated Time: Please allow 5–12 business days (Fulfillment/Production + Shipping) for your order to arrive. This may be extended during peak holiday seasons.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is fulfilled and ships, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive the notification.

4. Incorrect Shipping Information

If a package is returned to our fulfillment partner due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item. Please double-check your address before confirming your order.
